How much does a drone inspection cost?
Price depends on surface area, object complexity and report scope. A single-family home inspection starts from PLN 490 net (Basic package up to 150 m²). We currently offer a launch discount of up to 25%. See the full pricing above. Quotes are always free and non-binding.
How long does an inspection take?
Most inspections take 1–2 hours. The photographic report is delivered electronically within 24h of the flight.
Can a drone really replace scaffolding?
Yes. Our drone with 112x zoom and 4K camera detects millimetre-level defects from a safe distance, eliminating scaffolding costs and height-work risks.
In what weather conditions can inspections be performed?
We fly in winds up to 12 m/s and temperatures above -10°C. The DJI Matrice 4T has IP55 certification (rain protection). We only cancel in severe storms.
Are flight permits required?
In most cases no. We hold full operator documentation (Operator ID: POL-RP-ogk0me7bh5zu) and liability insurance. In controlled zones we assist with PANSA approval.
What does the visual inspection report include?
The PDF report includes 4K photographic documentation with every defect described, catalogued and tagged with GPS coordinates. We attach roof orthophotomaps, a tabular defect summary with repair urgency ratings, and technical recommendations. The material is accepted by insurers and building supervisory authorities.
Is drone inspection safe for my building?
Absolutely. We use certified drones under 900 g for visual inspections, which can safely fly in close proximity to buildings (EASA category A1). The drone never touches the structure — it captures imagery from a safe distance using a 4K camera and 112x zoom. There is zero risk of damage to facades, roofs or installations.
